These range from family firms, private equity parties and venture capitalists to entrepreneurs taking over a business. As well as conducting financial and tax due diligence reviews, we are involved in working out management and/or employee participation schemes, tax optimisation, valuation issues, scenario planning in relation to investment decisions, and the preparation and review of legal documentation. In addition, we are often asked for regular compliance, from compiling the financial statements, ongoing advice and, where necessary, auditing the financial statements.

Our advisors have many years of experience in merger and acquisition (M&A) processes, both national and international. In this context, we cooperate closely with reputable corporate finance boutiques (for search engagements) and law firms where this is necessary and useful for the transaction.
