Complaints procedure
Newtone has an office complaints procedure that provides for the possibility to file a complaint about the professional conduct of professionals associated with Newtone and about alleged irregularities in connection with the services provided by Newtone.
In principle, the complaints procedure is intended for clients of Newtone, but third parties may also use it.

Whistleblower policy
Newtone also has a whistle-blower scheme. This arrangement ensures that persons from outside the accountancy organization and persons affiliated with it can raise alleged irregularities within or (also) outside the accountancy organization without jeopardizing their legal position. If there are differences of opinion, or complaints about the actions of the audit firm or its employees.
